I’m finally getting some Christmas baking underway. Alex complained to me the other day that he was sick of pumpkin. I kept making pumpkin pie and pumpkin spaghetti for dinner :-p I told him that was impossible but I would make him something more Christmassey.

Are you a dunker? I’ve always dunked my cookies. I like my Oreos dunked in milk and my cookies dunked in tea or coffee, I’m not picky. I do not however like to drink the last sip that has all the crumbs at the bottom, now that’s just gross!

I’m a total control freak when it comes to Christmas. The Christmas food menu is always meticulously planned out in advance, in Microsoft excel, of course. Never mind that I posted all my Christmas card’s after the official posting dates and managed to only buy about one Christmas present.

Countdown to Christmas! Only 4 more days. I love working the days around Christmas. It’s super quiet and the people that are in the office are always in a good mood and really relaxed. Nothing says celebration more than a few fruity cocktails with friends and co workers.
