I eat so much pumpkin in the fall I may one day turn orange! I’ve made countless pumpkin desserts the last 2 years. This is my first pumpkin creation for breakfast. I have yet to meet a cinnamon roll I didn’t like.
This is the first time I’ve made a cinnamon roll with whole what flour. I think next time I’d skip this and use regular flour. It just didn’t have the texture I like.
I baked one roll as a tester and I found it too dry. I baked the next rolls for a few minutes less and also drizzled some of the sauce from my chocolate chip sticky buns to keep it moist. Next time I think I’d make more filling instead. The pumpkin, the filling, the sauce and the glaze makes this one monstrously delicious breakfast!
