These were a little bit of a pain to make but they’re so much fun. I didn’t make them for any particular special occasion but considering all the effort I wish I had!

We had a terrible ice storm here down south about two weeks ago. They’re not equipped to handle with snow or ice so we spent several days stuck at home. We eventually went a little stir crazy.

A batch of springtime chocolate chip cookies that coincides with *hopefully* the last snow this year! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we’re on the cusp of spring. I had a work function last night and as I was walking to the Stamford train station around 9pm I saw a whole heard of bunnies running around!

Apparently today (October 14) is National Dessert Day! I’ve never made a malted anything before and this is the first time I’ve actually bought Ovaltine. I do like Maltesers though.
