I hoard a lot of baking ingredients. I buy in bulk when I go to the US and if there is a handful of chocolate chips left in a bag I’ll save them. As a result I have about 10 bags with a few chips left in each.

I’m not the most organized blogger. I can never seem to get ahead of all the holiday’s. I’m still trying to keep up with my pumpkin (and everything else) backlog and my Pintrest feed is already full of candy canes! There’s also no way the two of us could have eaten multiple Thanksgiving pies. I made this pie to bring to my friends annual Thanksgiving party this weekend. Perfect pie for sharing!

I’m having a love affair with speculoos right now. I also have an unhealthy obsession with pumpkin. Last week I even had a dream about the pumpkin dounts at Dunkin’ Donuts. So unfair that I can’t run down there and pick some up for breakfast. We have Krispy Kreme here in London but they don’t offer pumpkin donuts yet.
