I just posted a recipe for Honey Lattes but I couldn’t resist posting this fun recipe for Gingersnap Lattes. There are a lot of coffee purists out there but I really love a good flavored syrup.

I’m not very good at cut out Christmas cookies. I always have problems rolling out the dough. I’ve made gingerbread cookies a few times but it usually takes me hours! This last weekend I went on a cookie decorating course and I’m going to try some decorating this weekend. It’s time to get over my fears of royal icing!

I never used to be a big fan of gingerbread. I love spice, chai and pumpkin pie but I was never a huge ginger cake person. I guess taste buds change because I find myself fancying ginger a lot more these days. I’m still not crazy about raw ginger but I do love the lemon ginger crunch bars at Leon!

I’m having a love affair with speculoos right now. I also have an unhealthy obsession with pumpkin. Last week I even had a dream about the pumpkin dounts at Dunkin’ Donuts. So unfair that I can’t run down there and pick some up for breakfast. We have Krispy Kreme here in London but they don’t offer pumpkin donuts yet.
