Pinkberry Swirls Into The UK

Pinkberry has finally arrived in the UK and opened it’s first store in London’s favorite department store Selfridges.

They rolled out the pink carpet this morning

Pinkberry shot to fame in 2005 when it opened it’s first outlet in California. It now boasts stores in 18 states, Canada, Russia, Peru and the Middle East.

The frozen yogurt is fat free and one cup is about 100 calories. The London store had 6 flavors on offer this morning. Natural, chocolate, mango, pomegranate, coconut and watermelon. There were also plenty of toppings to choose from.

Pinkberry are a little late to the frozen yogurt scene in the UK. There are already plenty of outlets everywhere, with the most popular being Snog (which have 6 locations).

I love frozen yogurt but found myself going to a few different outlets only a handful of times in the last 3 years. The flavors in the other shops tend to be limited to plain, chocolate and green tea.

I was really pleased when I found Pinkberry were coming and they were bringing their range of flavors with them! Pinberry were offering a free frozen yogurt this morning from 7.30-11.00am with a coupon from The Metro (free newspaper).

My coconut and watermelon yogurt with mango and fruity pebbles was a great breakfast on my way to work this morning.

At 100 calories I think I’ll have to mix more frozen yogurt into my diet in between cupcakes of course!

Ooh yum. I definately want to try it out.

I bought the Snog book too and dribble over the recipes, but I don't have a freezer at the moment so it's great to know where else you can buy frozen yogurt.

    Mmm :)
