Every year for his birthday I tell Alex that I’ll make him whatever he wants. It’s hard since his birthday is so close to Christmas and we know there is a huge eating bonanza a few days away. I told him whatever he can dream up I’ll do my best to make it dairy free for him.

It’s nice to look back on the year and reflect. It’s been a huge year for me too. After 11 years living in the UK I moved 3,500 miles away to Connecticut. It’s nice to look at what’s been accomplished and how far I’ve come but really the year is over and it’s time to move forward!
