My Wedding Cupcake Tower
I got married in Knoxville in the Smoky Mountains last Saturday and I finally got to see my cupcake tower! I loved it. It was so simple and the cupcakes tasted amazing. Tony easily makes the best cupcakes in Knoxville. They were moist, fluffy and the frosting was just devine.

Coconut Cake Donuts
I made Coconut Cake Donuts from my book Donuts that I bought at William Sonoma. I think this is one of the best things I have ever made. They are A-MAZ-ING! Fresh out of the fryer they tasted like a funnel cake. The next day they tasted like a beautiful cake donut.

The Language of Cake

Whatever people call this thing that we’ve all become obsessed with it’s still something delicious! Whether you say cupcakes, cup cakes, cup-cakes, fairy cakes, muffins, pastries, cake, cakes, American cupcakes, those silly things, or something unintelligible whilst your mouth is full.

Delights of Fortnum & Mason
One of my friends took me to Fortnum & Mason for lunch and then to the ice cream parlour for a pre-wedding treat. Tea and ice cream are 2 out of my 3 food loves so it had me written all over it.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Whoopie Pies
My Whoopie Pie book finally came! It had been on order at Amazon for over a month. I like the book. It has all the cake and fillings separate so you can mix and match. There’s also a page of suggested combos.
