I got married in Knoxville in the Smoky Mountains last Saturday and I finally got to see my cupcake tower! I loved it. It was so simple and the cupcakes tasted amazing. Tony easily makes the best cupcakes in Knoxville. They were moist, fluffy and the frosting was just devine.

I made Coconut Cake Donuts from my book Donuts that I bought at William Sonoma. I think this is one of the best things I have ever made. They are A-MAZ-ING! Fresh out of the fryer they tasted like a funnel cake. The next day they tasted like a beautiful cake donut.

My Whoopie Pie book finally came! It had been on order at Amazon for over a month. I like the book. It has all the cake and fillings separate so you can mix and match. There’s also a page of suggested combos.
