Samoa S’mores

Samoa S'mores

When I think of Girl Scouts I think of two things. Cookies and camping! I used to love Girl Scout cookies, but in the UK they’re pretty hard to come by. To solve the situation I made my own homemade Samoas. I stumbled across the genius idea of using Samoas as the base of a s’mores in my new s’mores book.

Samoa S'mores

This is what I call the ultimate campfire treat. I used homemade graham cracks and sandwiched Green & Black’s Caramel chocolate with two marshmallows. I topped one of the Graham crackers with caramel and sprinkled with coconut.

If you can get your hands on some real Samoas use one in place of one of the graham crackers. I melted my s’mores in the oven for a few minutes at 180 C, which also toasted the coconut. The book is full of other toasting tips.

The rest of the week is full of other s’mores delights! S’mores Book Review, Homemade Graham Crackers, Peanut Butter S’mores and Pina Colada S’mores.
