Peanut Butter S'mores

This Peanut Butter S’mores is a simple and easy indulgent treat to put together. This is a fun idea if you’re thinking of throwing a s’mores party. What goes better with chocolate and peanut butter better than marshmallows! I used to love fluffernutter sandwiches with chocolate sprinkles.

Simply toast a marshmallow using your preferred favorite method. I toasted mine in the oven for 2 minutes at 180 C on a piece of parchment paper. Remove from the oven and then immediately sandwich between 2 peanut butter cups. I think my next investment will be a blowtorch so I can make proper indoor s’mores!
