My favourite baking book is fairly old. Its called Mary Berry’s Desserts and confections and it was published in 1991. I had it as a birthday present many years ago and I think its my favourite because I always use it when we have some sort of social gathering with friends and family so virtually all of the recipes bring back great memories.
