My favourite cookies are a toffee cookie that I came up with in primary school! We were doing a maths lessen where we were given a basic cookie recipe and we were told what substitutions we could make (e.g. 25g cocoa for 25g flour etc) and got to come up with and bake our own cookies :D they are still my go to cook 15 years later!!!
