Mocha Fudge

My mom used to make batches of fudge every Christmas along with tons of Christmas cookies. She’d spend one day making everything and put the boxes of cookies in the freezer to keep us going all month long. We used to play family games at night and have milk and cookies. For some reason I haven’t made fudge very often!

Key Lime Pudding

I wasn’t sure what to call this pudding. I love pudding but it’s not real pudding it’s “fake” pudding. The two main ingredients are avocados and bananas. Both of which I love.

Blueberry Brown Sugar French Toast

I decided that I was going to make cinnamon rolls for Easter Sunday brunch. I made the dough the day before and split it in half. I filled some with strawberries and the other half with apple butter. Strawberries are far too watery. I should have known better on that one but they all ended up in the bin a sticky doughy mess! Whoops!

This is the most amazing chocolate mousse recipe. It has salted caramel in it! Salted caramel! It’s rich, sweet and salty all at once. I made two pots just for myself and extra caramel sauce for good measure. This recipe is from David Lebovitz’s new book My Paris Kitchen.
