Pecan Caramello Smoothie

Pecan Caramello Smoothie

It was super hot again this weekend in London. Thankfully there was ample cloud coverage on Saturday which provided enough relief. It was cool enough that I was able to squeeze in some baking at around 7am.  I was pretty excited because the last few weekends were too hot to bake at all. Afterwards I went around central London for some errands.

Total mistake! Central London during the summer is a disaster. There are so many tourists clogging up the small sidewalks that it’s impossible to almost go anywhere. Don’t even get me started when people don’t read the signs and stand on the left in the escalators! There are a few more excursions I want to this summer so I’ll just have to grin and bear it.

This is the second smoothie I made from Crussh. I love the addition of pecans to the smoothie. It provides great contrasting texture compared to the bananas. I could go for one these cold babies right now. It would be a welcome relief. It’s full of vitamins too.
