I made this one extra cold weekend in January. I hope now that it’s a live post it will become redundant and the weather immediately improves and warm up! I’m not going to lie, making the hot chocolate with peanut butter was just an excuse to fill my cup one third full of the peanut butter whipped cream.
There’s no special “recipe” to the whipped cream or hot chocolate. Keep a carton of whipping cream chilled and use an electric mixer and whisk with 2-3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter until stiff peaks form. It will keep in the refrigerator for a few days.
To make the hot chocolate I used my favorite hot chocolate powder, milk and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. I combined all of the ingredients in a saucepan and whisked until hot and thoroughly combined.
